Millennium Agility Dogs ('MAD') is a small, independent agility club
which evolved from a group of agility friends who formalised into a
club in 2000. The group started because we were all so busy instructing
at various clubs elsewhere that we needed an extra evening to train our
own dogs.
MAD is an active training club of experienced, enthusiastic agility
handlers and instructors spanning over a century of experience in
competitive agility. Most of our Core members work at G5 or above. All of us compete regularly and many have qualified and
competed successfully in a variety of national finals including Crufts
2002 - 2008 and Olympia 2005 and 2006. We train every level of handler from absolute beginner through to
Championship level. We maintain close and co-operative links with
neighbouring registered
and non-registered clubs where many of our members also attend, and the
wider agility community in general.

At MAD the emphasis is on a relaxed atmosphere and high quality
training.
Members and their dogs benefit from the experience, ideas and
techniques from the forefront of the agility show world
and the
informality of small groups with focussed, positive, individual
attention.
Members of the club share a mutual philosophy in their attitude toward
agility: fun, friendship and achievement. We're all just a little
bit... MAD.
